Jimmy John's subs are consistently good across all the local locations.nnWe chose this store because our usual location was out of bread. At 6 p.m. on a Thursday. How does that even happen?nnAnyway, no big deal. We ordered online so it would be ready by the time we drove across town. Twenty minutes later, our order still shows in the app as not ready. So we hang out in the car a bit. After another 20 minutes, we see the staff inside just standing around, so we go in. One guy was slicing meat, so didn't see us come in. That's fair. Another staff guy was getting a drink, saw us, and kept filling his cup. The third guy was on his phone and had no idea we were there. I was curious how long it would take, so just waited. After several minutes, the drink guy finally went over and told phone guy we were there.nnTurns out our food had been ready for a long time-- long enough for the bread to get soggy. They just hadn't marked it done in the system. I take half the blame for the soggy bread since I relied on the app instead of going in to check. But the customer service really wasn't up to par. I don't expect much from minimum-wage sandwich shop workers, but a bit more than this.nnHow you do one thing is how you do everything. If you give zero f--ks about customer service, I don't trust you to care about being clean or making my food right and safely.nnThree stars because the food is consistently decent-- even when the bread gets soggy, it still tastes good. Minus two stars for customer service.

Took over an hour to deliver my sandwich. When I called I was told they were short a driver. That doesn't magically make it okay to take over an hour. My entire lunch hour was gone before the sandwich got delivered. Filed a complaint with jimmy johns but still haven't heard from them. Clearly don't care about customer service.

Absolutely DO NOT order from this Jimmy John's. Three separate times I've ordered delivery, and my sandwich has miraculously shown up without meat on it. I order a regular beach club every single time. Last time happened, they refused to remake it. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Never have I ever tried so hard to get a sub and still didn’t receive my order after two hours!! I called and talked to the manager and got put on hold twice and have been forgotten about and hung up while waiting. 0 stars for me! Horrible service!

The slowest Jimmy Johns I have ever had. It doesn't matter if it is delivery or carry out. I have waited over an hour for a sandwich on multiple occasions.
