Really like this store! There only downfall is sizing options. I can’t usually fit in very many things. Their selections is fun though! The prices are also very reasonable.
In the past, I have loved to shop here, but I recently brought in some of my clothes to sell. I gave them my Venmo account information, and instead they sent me a credit to use on their website. I really don’t need more clothes, I wanted money, and never received a reply when I emailed them asking to change my method of payment. The poor communication from their end is frustrating.
They got a great selection of clothes.
I went to do some shopping this afternoon with my Two year old son. I had shopped there once before as we are new in town. The owners dog kept running up to my two year olds stroller as he is screaming, I explained before we moved to Lawrence we had been attacked by a dog . The greeter offered to put the dog in the back ,owner comes from behind the counter and says I'm sorry that happened to you. The dog was not put in the back but left right in the middle of the isle my two year old continued to scream so I just walked out. I then attempted to come back to speak with the manger but was told she was the owner so she can do what she wants. I guess I am not as valuelable as other customers being that I am black my money doesn't matter and my child's comfort in her store doesn't matter . This isn't over I will never forget the way my family was treated today I LEFT IN TEARS AND SO DID MY SON
Jen is absolutely wonderful and she has the best staff on tbe planet. Theres no question as to why she has been in business for years and continues to do so well. She's a hardworking driven loving person. Keep up the great work at Arizon Trade co. and much continued success.
