The staff is very friendly from my experience, and the teas are delicious as well! There's a lot of options to choose from. Only negative thing that I've noticed is that, despite requiring masks, they've let in a few customers without masks, and glancing at the other reviews it seems others have noticed this issue as well.nnMy only recommendation would to be more strict about the mask policy - but everything else about the place is great.

Tea was very very good. But no matter how good a product is. It’s only as good as the stuff behind it. Today I was made fun of for being overweight when I’m pregnant. I was pushed to then back of the line because they didn’t want to serve meAnd let someone else go in front of menAnd then my drink had the girls long black hair all over it. If you want to make fun of your customers you don’t deserve to serve them. First time here and the last. Cashier was the only girl who was nice. The other two disgraceful. Never ever going back

There are so many different teas, and the people who work there are so nice. I have a loyalty card where they let you get a free drink after so many purchases. My favorite thing is that you get to customize your level of sweetness which I have not seen at other bubble tea shops I've been to.

I really enjoy the house special Thai Tea; it is a beautifully layered drink, with a good ratio for amount of drink, boba, and ice. However, like anything else you order will always have too much ice unless you ask for no ice.

Really great atmosphere, amazing boba, and very short wait time. There was also a really cute girl working, so extra points.
