McDonald's

I was treated with absolute disrespect when going through the drive through window. We were told we could only pay with cash and we simply asked if we could do two orders and were told “We only take cash.” I asked again if we could do two orders where both were paid with cash and was told “I don’t know, I just work here, but yes.” After that, I just said if it was easier to do one order we could make it work and they said “Mam you’re answering your own question. One order per car.” We then proceeded to order a McChicken with Mac sauce, a 10 piece nugget meal with Powerade and hot mustard, a McChicken, and a 6 piece nugget with buffalo and ranch. At the window, the worker did not know what we had ordered so we had to confirm it around 5 times, just to make sure. We also made sure to confirm it as he handed us our food because he was being extremely incoherent. What we received was, a double quarter pound with cheese meal with a Powerade and hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce, a McChicken with no mayo and no lettuce, a cheeseburger, and a 6 piece nugget with ranch and buffalo.The receipt was ripped in half on the side of the bag so it was impossible to see what we had ordered and to be able to go back once we had left and realized our order was wrong. I personally work in the food industry as well, so I get how difficult people can be, but we were nothing but understanding and kind and were treated with complete disrespect. I have never felt the need to treat a customer that way no matter what, because at a job you must act professional. Additionally, I understand slightly messing up a order, but we confirmed our order at the window several times. We actually took a recording, because our experience at the first stop in the drive through was so horrible we weren’t sure what would happen next. We will be calling the manager tomorrow, especially because they couldn’t answer our calls either:).

What can I say other than it's Micky Dees and just what you'd expect. Drive thru was quick and accurate. Breakfast was ready when I hit the window. No in-house dining at this time.

Good food and fast, prices keep going up though

Girl at the window wasn’t wearing gloves or a mask and gave us somebody else’s bag of food with no receipt in it. We got our drinks with no straws and asking for straws sounded like a huge inconvenience to her. I tried to call 3 times before I finally got an answer. They said they’d fix it. When I got back the line was still around the building and they wouldn’t do anything unless I waited in the line that never moved. Never coming back here, worst McDonald’s in Lawrence hands down.

Fast service good food. Hella good coffee.
