HIBS YOGA

I suffered a fall and had bulging discs at L5-S1 with severe sciatica for several years. It was so painful that I could not sit, walk, or lay down for about 8 months (I basically just cried in all positions). I was able to manage it through therapy but my back and left leg have never been the same since... BUT! My back has never felt BETTER since I started practicing with HIBS... learning how to strengthen my core and create space with my breath has allowed the healing energies to collect in my back! My left leg is still mending, but I’m hoping yoga will bring peace here as well. Thank you for all of your wisdom and guidance! 💕🌟🧘🏻‍♀️

Wishing the best for HIBS YOGA. Already Heba showed me around the HIBS YOGA studio. Maybe I will start next year. HIBS YOGA is a beautiful studio and they are now busy adjusting to changes. They have begun a small training class. I am certified by my Guru from Orissa, India to teach yama yoga, niyama yoga and ayurveda. I want to come in to HIBS YOGA to learn how to improve my practice of asana yoga. HIBS YOGA does not currently offer dedicated instruction in yama/niyama yoga so I will not be teaching classes there. HIBS YOGA offers group classes, online classes through Zoom and intriguing private yoga sessions.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL STUDIO! The class intensity ranges from relaxed therapeutics to advanced strength with something for just about everyone. I was extremely impressed by the GENUINE care the staff has for the students. I Highly recommend this studio for those recovering from PHYSICAL INJURIES, ARTHRITIS, AND PHYSICAL or EMOTIONAL TRAUMA. The Forrest Yoga Style accommodates every body type, and I've used the postures from the beginner basics class to correct a very painful "tech shoulder" that pestered me for a number of years. A++++

I am updating this as the owner finally reached out and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Several days of frustration and missed classes - but if they get their customer service game under control I would recommend this studio Very disappointed with this yoga studio. We were very excited to join and really looked forward to making this our yoga studio. However, when I contacted them before class I was advised we could pay online or pay when we got to the class. I chose to pay $67 online for the unlimited month. But my friend decided she was going to pay when she got there. When we got there she was offered the same unlimited month for HALF of what I paid. The teacher was very nice and said she would apply my double payment to my friends account. That was fine with us. Later, my friend got an email saying that they would like her to join and pay $37. I got an email saying that they do not publish the lower price so I could have one free drop in class. Why on earth would I pay $30 for one class when I planned on buying unlimited months? We have both called the studio, emailed and texted multiple times and no one will respond. This is so disappointing that now my friend is not going and I am missing classes in the month that apparently I am forced to pay double for. I feel like yoga should be a place where you workout and relax. This is not at all a very zen experience and I feel ripped off by a studio that treats students very poorly for a small amount of money. Losing two potentially long term students to keep $30 is a very bad move. I run a business and would NEVER treat a customer this way.

HIBS yoga was amazing! I was visiting from Houston, Texas and really enjoyed my practice. I felt so much better when I left. Claire, Kitty and Cheri shared the teaching and explained everything thoroughly and gently corrected my poses. The room was a comfortable temperature and their use of props really helped to get some great stretching in (perfect for after a night out in Vegas). I will definitely be back when I’m back in town!
