Coon Creek Boat Ramp

Pleasant surprise location! Driven by the turn hundreds of times. Finally took it and loved the result on a spectacularly cloudy day!

Nice place to take the family and walk around the lake, decent place for fishing. Wear some sort of foot protection because the beach has quite a bit of broken glass. Ive found a few morel mushrooms here as well if you’re interested in that sort of thing.

It was a great place till its been flooded all spring

Great spot for privacy and nice fish. Channel cat and some flathead in the area. Nice blue cats as well. I’ve had best luck on live and cut bluegill. Road to the boat ramp is kinda rough at times. Drive slowly.

Absolutely great! Boat ramp is good! Great place to relax with friends and swim!
