Absolute best Pilates studio! Over the summer experienced a back injury and Physical therapist and Dr suggested I build my core and start Pilates! Shelley is wonderful. I am already feeling improvement. The studio is spotless and Shelly is excellent. Highly recommend!
Shelley is top shelf. Her background in physical therapy and her commitment to private/individual care and healing goes above and beyond. The space is beautiful and clean. Prices are very fair. Highly recommend!
All instructors are experts; creative, personal, and pay close attention to form & movement for maximum results with no injury. We always have fun too.
I've wanted to try Pilates for years so I decided to sign up for a few private sessions with Shelley and I'm so glad I did! Shelley is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, not just about Pilates, but also how we can best take care of our bodies and keep ourselves in shape. She patiently walked me through all of the new exercises and has made me feel very comfortable. I cannot wait to see results as I continue the practice. I highly recommend Shelley and Sage Pilates. I only wish I had called sooner...if you're on the fence, just call and make an appointment. You'll be glad you did.
I am updating my review, it's been just over a year since my first visit to Sage Pilates. I am stronger, leaner and most importantly, do not experience the nagging chronic back pain I was having when I decided to go. The studio is comfortable, clean, and has a great and warm atmosphere. Shelley and her team are the best you will find, they make the classes and workouts fun and fresh! I ALWAYS look forward to going in for my workouts, this studio has been one of the best things I have done for myself! If you are considering Pilates, look no further than Sage Pilates!
