All of the instructors are amazing! They keep you on track and help you achieve your goals!! They keep you motivated and they push you to be your best and this gym has made a HUGE difference in many peoples fitness lives!
I asked one of the staff members to cancel my membership two weeks prior to the payment date. I didn't want to sign up anymore because of my work schedule. They even convinced me twice not to cancel it, and i was nice enough to say okay. Next thing you know, I still got charged for the membership fee. I made it clear that I didn't want to continue my membership anymore. Not sure if this was done on purpose or if it was overlooked? How hard is it to cancel a membership? It would be nice if you guys stay on top of your "Billing" just like how you guys are when you workout. Looks like some of the other customers had the same experience. I should've read the reviews before i signed up. They also have a 30 day cancellation notice. Heads up to those who are gonna sign up because I wasn’t informed.
Owners don't care about sticking to agreements. They will say one thing and do another.
Come in and change your life. This place has changed my life tremendously...
I paid for 30 classes, which are very pricy but I got injured and couldn't use them for awhile, when I came back to try to use them I was told that they expire in a week. I asked if they could extend that to at least one more week but it was a definite NO!! I would never go back or recommend anyone one to this place.
