Sips Espresso Bar

Great coffee and breakfast burritos! I usually only go through the drive through and get a latte or some type of expresso or coffee drink in the morning. I am so pleased they have milk alternatives like coconut and almond milk! I enjoy the Sir Isaac no whipped cream and with coconut milk. I love the honey!

As I walked in, forgetting my mask...I was brusquely (and loudly) reminded to put it on. I made my apologies and placed my order. There were a number of people working behind the counter being driven by a woman that was clearly the Colonel. They were managing the Abilene rush hour and it was taking its toll on their calm. She wrangled her crew though...and through sheer guts and determination....she got me my coffee and cinnamon roll. Both of which were very good.

Fast and friendly service in a covid safe environment. Excellent latte!

Fantastic coffee! Great stop I'll remember as I drive i-70.
