Polite employees but they don't read everything. Missing items, missing silverware to be able to consume the foood, they just need to double check and make sure they give the customer all the food they paid for. Luckily we hadn't driven off but its bad when you're in a rush and have to loop around the drive thru again.

TRAVELERS BE AWARE: This McDonalds is not open for pick up. There is no sign to indicate that it is not open for pick up--but the doors are barred shut. It says they are open for pick up from 7-9, but THEY ARE NOT. Staff could not give an explanation. If you want to stop and use the bathroom or wash your hands with soap and water after a long drive...look elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst service and clearly untrained employees. Crew can't do their job if management with doesn't or don't know how to do theirs. My drink was messed up twice and later waited in line over 5 mins for a drink. Sorry to all involved, but some true serious training is needed from top down apparently. Hope it gets better as I really enjoy the food here

Got an amazing cheeseburger with extra pickles, the pickles were so great that they weren’t even there.
