A great and secure place for storage of small or items as large as trucks. The units and the surrounding areas are always clean and well maintained. I have had my large unit for two years now and I could not be happier. It is available to me 24/7, and because it is well lit and has surveillance, I know my unit is very safe. The shop manager is great to deal with and their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend their Pittsburg services.
Very suddenly I found myself needing storage after acquiring a large amount of furniture. I was panicked about a safe place to keep it, but the excellent set up at Countryside Self-Storage with the fences, keypad entry, hourly security rounds at night was the perfect place. it was a huge relief knowing that my property was in the safest possible place. The peace of mind I had from using this storage provider meant that I never had to worry!nnI already felt this was an A+ service, but when they hired Holly, I knew their future service would be even better. How many places give the customer a reminder call BEFORE the payment is late?!? She did! Her personality is professional while still showing that she truly cares about the customers. She isn’t just going through the motions. She goes above and beyond expectations, making a positive impression in all she does.nnIf you ever need storage in Pittsburg, you really need to check them out. You won’t be sorry! I know that if I need storage space again (and I’m sure I will!), I won’t need to shop around — I will go straight back to Countryside Self Storage and talk to Holly!
I can't imagine another storage company having better more convenient units than Countryside. During my down sizing, the staff was incredibly patient and were helpful!! Would recommend Countryside to anyone needing a self storage unit of any size.
As a business owner, the storage facility is great. We are able to access the units 24/7! Fenced and secure. They are very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with!!
