They never get my order 100% correct almost never a big mistake but still when I order online I k is something will be wrong. They always miss something, not cutting a sandwich in half, adding/ subtracting a ingredient, they never write names on sandwiches like other locations, they don’t include napkins they forget straws.
Service is average. Time spent in the drive thru line is usually under ten minutes, but delivery times are horrendous. I can usually expect my sandwich to arrive at around the 40 minute mark, which is why I very rarely choose JJ’s if I’m ordering for home delivered meals. Ingredients are always fresh, albeit the bread is sometimes hard or a bit overly chewy. Not all the time though.

Okay first of all, the sandwiches they serve aren’t worth the price. It was $22 for two people, off of their “favorite” menu, including chips and a medium sized drink.nnSecondly, the customer service was horrible. We were the only ones in there, no one said “welcome” or a simple “thank you” for coming in.nnMake sure you tell them exactly what you want or don’t want on your sandwich, but you’ll have to yell it because the music they play is too loud.
Prices aren't controlled by the local workers.nThe staff is always very friendly.
