We needed some help from an electrician during the process to sell our house in Joplin, and our realtor referred us to Touchton. Within an hour, they had the problem diagnosed and fixed saving use a chunk of money as well as another headache during a stressful process. It ended up being a really easy fix, but I am glad we them come out. They were very professional and would definitely be our go-to for any future electrician needs if we still lived in the area.

I was without an alarm system at my business for several days. I called Touchton after being referred by a friend, and they came out as soon as possible to install my new system. I've been with Touchton for several months now, and their customer service has been fantastic. It's comforting to know my business is safe and that I can trust a local company in Joplin with security.

Touchton helped me feel comfortable at my home again. I had someone break into my car at my house several months back and they tried to get into my house too. After comparing companies in the area, I went with Touchton and had them install a home security system for me. They were ideal to work with and helped me decide the features I needed. Nowadays you just never know what might happen, so I'm glad I purchased a system from them.

I wish I could give them 10 stars and an award for protecting my home! Someone tried to break in last week and the system worked flawlessly. So blessed to have found their company and have a security system.

I gave Touchton Electric a try after seeing all these 5 star reviews. However we must be talking about different companies here. I called to have some simple electrical work done & the service I got was far from even good. I decided to instead try someone else. If I could give a lower star I really would. Save yourself the hassle & try a different company.
