Went in to get my prom dress for my first prom today, when we got in we were greeted but otherwise totally ignored by staff. My mother and I spent nearly an hour in the store trying to figure out my size and not once were we offered any help or even spoken to. Even had a staff member sitting right outside my changing room and we were totally ignored. We will never be going back, also the plus size section is ridiculously small and barely stocked at all.
