This is probably the best Starbucks I have ever driven through. To all the employees: You are amazing and always brighten my day so thank you!! And the drinks are always perfect too, but perfect drinks are easier to come by than friendly faces and voices that make any day wonderful. I will go out of my way to come here instead of any other coffee shop!! 1,000/10 recommend you come here for your coffee and smile needs :)

Great coffee. I always order throught the app and go to the mobile order pickup area, but it has takes an average of 15 minutes for my coffee to arrive in the area. This is during any time of day and even if they aren't busy. This most recent time I had to wait 45 minutes when no one was in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive through. Along with this wait, a majority of the time they forget part of my order.

Daily stop. Customer service great! Mistakes are rare and always promptly corrected.nnGetting very irritated about an30+ minute wait when there is no one inside and then getting a 1/2 full cup. Never had this issue regularly until the last few months. About the 6th time in a row any time I order a hot drink lately.

The manager thinks it’s fine for customers to sit at tables without masks. When I said it matters to me, and it’s not safe she repeated three times, “Is there anything I can do for you, Laura,” which sounded very much like “you’re annoying me” and very little like “I’d like to help” or “I appreciate your concerns.” It was an unpleasant interaction. County rules say people eating and drinking don’t have to wear masks, but we all know folks camp at coffee shop tables and anyone can lift a mask to take a sip OR put a mask back on when they’re finished drinking. No science supports sitting and talking without a mask as being safe. This is what corporate had previously written to me: “At this time we require all customers to wear a facial covering while in our stores.” The manager says that’s not the policy.

Echoing the previous review. Employees here are super friendly and are sure to brighten up your day! Shout-out to Suzie who saw how dejected I was after I learned that they were out of the chai tea latte. She was able to get the team to make me one from scratch! It was delicious!
