Island Park

Love the park nice walking trails gravel and off the beaten path. Awesome play ground for kids of all ages. Nice covered picnic tables with barbecue grills. We came from wichita and it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend!

I'd go here every day with my fiance for lunch during the work week. Years later, he proposed to me there. ud83dudda4 This place will always have a special place in my heart. It's beautiful and well taken care of.

We came here at night, and it was quiet and still. Even the ducks and geese seem to have retired early. But come in daylight to see the peace garden, story walk and playground.

The play ground had rubber stuff all over to make it soft. Lots of play equipment for the kids, nice walking trails, a lake to fish in, and clean restrooms. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

It is a peaceful place where you can read, walk,exercise and spend family time with. Well taken care of.
