Arkansas City has very nice and well maintained parks for a small town
We had never been there before that day. The park was lovely eventhough that day the temperature was 103 in the park that day. Since it was a funeral in the open air the heat was one more bad thing in an already bad day. That we were able to see the beauty, clearness, and serenity of the park under the circumstances was amazing.
Went there because our great aunt who was born there in 1930 died Saturday June 25th. We had her funeral in Tulsa, Ok and took her body to Arkansas City, Ks for burial by her mother, father and sister where her burial was prearranged. Our visit and stay was amazing. Everyone treated us as if they had known us always. This was a great welcome and way to be treated by people who we had never met! It made me WISH I lived there ALWAYS! THE people there treated us like REAL FAMILY. Made us wish we actuallty LIVED there always. Great people who made us feel like REAL family now and always now. We feltlike real family. Wonderful family. Now. We wish we actually loved visiting. Wished we actually lived there now not in Tulsa. Thank you today, tomorrow and always now. Thank you Arkansas City, Ks. We actually wished ee truly lived there NOW. Ravenwalker & David from Tulsa, Oklahoma NOW! Let us know if you need new residents! If there were jobs, we'd move there in a heartbeat!
