I was very disappointed. I brought my granddaughter in for her 10th birthday. Now to back up a bit . When I called to make appointment I made it clear to the girl that this was a special day and surprise . I needed a blow out and style . I stressed to her more then likely my granddaughter would want a braid . But given it was a surprise I wouldn’t know what she want until I got there. She expressed to me not a problem . She could make the decision on arrival. Weather that be curled or braided . Much to my surprise and granddaughters disappointment. The stylist we had . Was not experienced in braids . I feel I made it more then clear we were looking for someone with braiding skills . No blame on stylist she had . And yes she got a blow dry and curled . But nothing special . Nothing her mom can’t normally do .
This place is awesome! Never did I think a “blowout” would be an enjoyable experience for men, but it truly was just that. From the scalp massage to the product used in my hair, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Vent and I will be back again soon!!
All I have to say is whenever my wife goes here, she just looks beautiful as ever. Money well spent!
