Tried to call them to see if they do my taxes they were very rude and hateful on the phone Intown @Baxter Springs, KS. Telling me they will not help me.nnI tried to get last year's tax return couldn't remember my password called up support got transferred around five times last person couldn't even speak English nobody helped me. So now my online account is permanently locked.nnFor a place that overcharges you around: $140 you would think they'd give you easy business. But that's not the case these people are extremely rude and hateful.nnI will never go back to H&R Block again.nnI do not recommend using H&R Block.
