Went camping for a couple of nights. Had the park almost to ourselves the whole time which was great. There is no water or electricity but a water spicket down the road which we didn't try as we brought plenty of water. Area was pretty clean. No trash containers so you'll have to take your trash with you. I would recommend it since it's free. Can't beat that!nP/s: Plenty of coyotes around so if you have little dogs be aware.

Butler lakes my favorite lake, but small. I grew up fishing this lake. Many memories. The lake is better taken care of now. This lake has a nice boat ramp for fisherman, it's only a fishing lake. They take better care of the camping spots by mowing in them. The gravel roads around the lake are better taken care of now. Still rough but better. The shorelines still need work kind of hard to get to the water you do the vegetation.

I have been fishing and camping here since I was a child and went camping several times recently it is awesome. Not to big but lots of snake root growing a nd blackberries too decent fishing mostly clean with bathrooms

Great little lake. Primitive camping with a few outhouses. Good fishing ud83cudfa3. No cost to use.

Neat and clean. A long way put but worth the drive Not many people out.
