On January 26,2020, I had an carry out order that was over fifty dollars. The only things that were edible was the cookie and cheese sticks. All of the pizza was burnt. I took pictures of three of the pizzas. When we got home, we found out that it was all burnt. We could not call them because they were closed. I am still very upset.
Went for lunch. Thought we would have the salad and pizza buffet. There were 2 other couples in the restaurant and 4 dirty tables. The buffet had pizza that was at least 30 minutes old and there were only 3 choices. There were no desert sticks and although there were bread sticks, no marinara sauce. The salad bar needed to be restocked and the lettuce had quite alot of brown pieces in it. We were seated and then didn't see our server again. Someone else came and checked on us, said they would refresh our drinks and bring us more napkins, never saw her again either. Finished up, didn't bother with seconds as there had been nothing fresh added and paid at the register. Very disappointed and wondering what happened to customer service.
Amazing pizza, awesome service always! We only go to Rose Hill Pizza Hut!
