Had a new set of tires installed on my car. Shopped around for awhile and couldn't find a better deal than Lake Toyota offered. Mitch and Shawn were great to work with. Service Dept. At Lake Toyota does a fantastic job. They check all fluid levels, tires, and etc. give you paper work on it. If you need something replaced they always ask before doing anything. Prompt and fast service great job enjoy the the time I was there especially in these time every one masked and polite THANKS
After getting a divorce with my wife, she took all five of my kids. A week later I stopped into Lake Toyota to get my oil changed. The next day, my ex-wife saw the car and took me back! Thanks to the amazing work from the mechanics and wonderful customer service I can finally have a family again! I feel whole again and will defiantly come back every time she decides to leave me!
I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, but I can honestly say it was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had online. Frank Blackcloud was courteous and kind via email.
