Gambino's in Andover is THE BEST pizza place. The employees are super amazing, they LOVE customers, and they are ALWAYS working hard! I love love love their bbq chicken pizza, plus the dessert pizza. They also have amazing pasta dishes and good salad selections at the buffet.

Its 1pm. I have been here for 30 min. I fresh pizza came out all this time. I asked when makeing salad when a mobster would be coming out. Took 30 min for it... I used to enjoy coming here. But seems to be slipping in quality of food and service

I put in an order for delivery tonight. My cell reception was bad and cutting in and out. We the delivery driver showed up he had my pizzas, but not my pepperoni rolls. I asked him about them and he showed me my receipt and they were not on there. Mistakes happen and I did not pay for them. The pizza he brought was fresh and hot. I paid, tipped the driver And wished him a good evening. My family and I sat down and started eating our dinner. While eating out doorbell rang. It was the delivery driver again. Just that quick he drove to Gambino's and back to drop off a fresh box of pepperoni rolls at no charge, then apologized for the mix up. This kind of customer service is rare and the Andover Gambino’s has a happy and loyal customer. Thank you Jana, the pizza and the pepperoni rolls were great.

After 1 hr of waiting (we understand) our pizza arrived. Delivery guy was very hasty in handing off the pizza. No receipt and no offer of cheese or peppers. In opening the box pizza was cold. Not impressed this time.

I visited once while near Butler. The staff was friendly and the pizza was great. I ordered chicago style pie and it was delicious. I preferred it to Dominos but unfortunately its far from my place. Will visit again if I ever go near Butler again.
