The people at the photo counter were really nice and helpful when a mistake was made with my pictures. The app failed to send a bunch of pictures through and they just printed what they got sent. But I needed atleast 4 of them that night and put an order in off the app again. They printed them off quickly and apologized for a mistake that wasn’t even theirs but an app glitch. I also had a crying child and was super frazzled, definitely appreciate not having more stress added to it.nnAlso they definitely need their parking lot fixed

Still waiting for the parking lot to be fixed. Throwing down rock in hopes it will fix anything is ridiculous. This location has definitely gone downhill in the past year or so. Used to sometimes stop in to pick up some last minute items, but find I prefer the dollar store instead.

Very bad customer service, specially at the photo section. Waited 15 min to get someone to help. After all they didn’t want to cut the pictures that they took to exact measurements and asked me to take home and do it myself. We paid over $40 for these passport pictures, why we need to finish the job ourselves?nThe lady in charge and her helper got very upset because I explained that they must cut it to right sizes. So I’m still waiting, it’s going 40 min now. Don’t think we will come back to do any photo related jobs from Andover Walgreens again. Very disappointed. I will ask for our money back. Hope this review will reach higher management.

I get my medication there and they are very friendly. And go out of there way to help.

You'd think with their more expensive prices, they'd be able to fix their deep, potholed parking lot.
