Kevin was a great salesman and there was no high pressure. They were willing to negotiate a fair price and gave a fair allowance for the trade. Closing the deal, there were no surprises and no unexpected charges.

Called and spoke with Steven Tyler and explained what I needed. He told me that would not be a problem. Stopped by the next morning to see if they found me a truck. Pulled up to the south building and they told me Steven was at the north building. So I went to the north building. The same person who just told me that Steven was at The north building. Now tells me Steven is at the south building. Stephen arrived I ask him about a truck. He handed me off to the person who told me where Steven was at and was wrong. It then became an argument over the title. Steven previously assured me that it was not a problem. They wanted to finance a truck for me. I did not want to finance it. I drove to Max Motors and paid cash for a truck. They were easy to deal with and took care of the title as I needed it.
