Everyone was so helpful and so understanding when I took my car to the wrong side of the garage! The service person came out and explained what was meant by the lit up symbol I was seeing on the dash. Turns out there are things I have never used in the two years I have owned this vehicle! So it wasn’t a problem, and it was time for my car to be serviced. So my oil is changed, tires rotated, and my car got a checkup! I also learned that Briggs does detailing! So I know what I am giving myself for Christmas!

Car was ready quickly. It was clean and I was pleased with the service. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. Good experience all around.

It would have been better if the price would not go up and down. They blame it on computer. They told me a price went in to do paperwork and the price went up a lot they gave me a paper with the price but that doesn't matter

I contacted this dealership because I was interested in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler. I spoke with Mickey and he was extremely helpful from the very beginning. I lived closer to another dealership and he gave me a contact at the closer dealership. Granted, they didn’t sell me a vehicle, but their customer service even if they didn’t get the commission is commendable. I would definitely make the trip next time to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Mickey for the great customer service and following up with me.
