Took my Edge in for an A/C problem. Went to pick it up tesyed it before I left and the problem was NOT repaired.

At least they sold a car to me. Money talks! What I do not get is why did they take my car in to repair a recall, never fix the recall, did not care if it was fixed and never gave me my vehicle back . What establishment does this. I tried to give a one ⭐ufe0f because they sold me the van but the rest is suspicious.
