World's Largest Baseball

It is nice little town and has something there to attract some tourist

Discovered this by accident just riding around. I hope they add the museum as they plan. They did a nice job constructing the baseball and silhouettes including Joe Tinker who played for the Chicago Cubs in the 1908 world series game. There's a nice article online about it.

Love the tiny Town and the giant baseball!! A great photo opp! Hopeful they turn it into a museum someday. Make sure to check out the murals at the local baseball field illustrating the historical story!

I follow the weird America roadside attractions pretty closely but I happened upon this one by shear luck. 4 star review is from the lack of advertising. The baseball does not disappoint from 3 angles as it's a shed on the backside :)nI wish there was a little more info on the artist and why he gifted us with this giant baseball! I'm 5'9 for a size comparison in the photo.
