The house is beautiful. All period pieces with beautiful chandeliers. Went on my first ever ghost hunt which was fun. I'm going to go and do a day tour as well.

Stunningly Beautiful and fantastically creepy house ❤❤❤ The owner, Stephanie was so so friendly and awesome ud83dudc4c she gave us an amazing tour of the house, and let us use her REM pod which was super cool, too ud83dude0anWe had the whole house for the whole night... we could have had up to 10 people for the same price. (Idk where 10 people would sleep)n$100 security deposit for the date of your choosing, the rest is due one week before your stay. Its $300 during the week and $400 on the weekends.

The McInteer Villa is a MUST SEE. The recent owners have lovingly renovated this house from to bottom. You can even rent it out nightly for close to nothing! It's a beautiful house to tour to see the architecture, you can rent it for weddings or photo sessions, and what many rent it for is as a haunted attraction. I myself have stayed there numerous times, and have always had quite an incredible paranormal experience. This place is absolutely gorgeous, and a must see. The owner Stephanie is super sweet and informative too!
