I requested a quote on a newly purchased home in Atchison, Kansas. It took a few weeks to find a time to receive an in-person estimate (which was completely understandable). Yet after having the house looked at in person and being promised an emailed quote in the next few days by the owner, Pat Pickman, all contact was cut off. I called his office 8 times over the next four weeks, leaving a message with one of his receptionists every time. Yet I never received a call back, or the emailed quote like promised. Completely unprofessional and disappointing for the owner to waste weeks of my time when I could have taken my business elsewhere. I am disgusted at the way a customer could be treated.
Did work on finishing our basement. Very professional, personable, and beautiful work!!
