Friendly cashiers highly recommend.
I went to the Atchison branch for the first time today. They were EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and efficient. When I left the gentleman gave me his card and thanked me for stopping by. All I did was cash a check and I don't even have an account there. I think I will open an account there. Very good experience.
The customer service at this location it’s terrible & horrible, they see me and my husband walking tours the tellers, and there’s just one customer at the teller and the 2 people working at the counter, a man and a woman and the manager at the entrance which didn’t even acknowledge us, and the only one who was very nice was the man, customers walk in and the woman by the counter( Mgr ) was saying hi to every one of them but never say a word to us, she had and attitude tour us I believe cause she hear us speaking Spanish..... I could never ever recomend this location to any one....Coleen and Maggie the managers shouldn’t be working with customers....

Incompetent people managing this bank, making it impossible for me to continue using Wells Fargo.Love Wells Fargo outside of the Atchison branch, but every time I have made a deposit in this branch I have had an issue. Unfortunately Wells is one of the only banks that has locations everywhere I need one. If you have to use Wells Fargo like me don't bother with this branch. Also they close an hour earlier than any other Wells Fargo in the entire state.
