Their drink machine downnbut we still ordered then didn't receive all of our order

I frequently EAT here because it's supposed to be fast and convenient however everytime I go here it's just the opposite. I always order my sandwich a special way so I can guarantee it's fresh so they always park me and make me wait! NOW with that being said you would think the order would be correct!! Wrong 8 out of 10 times it's wrong. So then take it in and they say I'm sorry can we make you a fresh one? Absolutely what are you going to do about my fries since I have already waited 5 minutes. Sorry Sir we can only make you a New sandwich!! Unfortunately living in a small community with not a lot of options and being a business owner and always on the go! All I will say is if you order food here MAKE SURE you check your order before you leave!! Good luck

Just to update: we waited at the speaker for quite a few minutes and the person on the other end sounded annoyed that we were ordering. When we finally got to the window, we were given our drinks promptly and we paid. They proceeded to ignore us for about 5-7 minutes. The fries were lukewarm at best and soggy. I called and mentioned the bad fries. They told me that they could put me on the books for more. I asked why it took so long if they fries were so bad. She said that it was for fresh nuggets. My two cheeseburgers also seemed to have sale buns. Its been years since this location has been decent at best. Do yourself a favor and go to just about any other restaurant in a 20 mile radius.

That is the slowest restaurant in the world. Some people don't have enough time to wait 20 mins. And some of them are roud. Not all.

I come here often, mostly at lunch time. And it’s always great during lunch. But it seems that when I come at dinner time, I get the worst customer service and food. Long wait time in the drive thru and don’t even get hot fries. I was also sitting at the speaker for a few minutes before anyone came on. Only one car in front of me.
