Beautiful park, truly a ND secret gem. The facilities are great and very clean. Great well kept museum. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing time there. Highly recommend this time of year. Fall foliage is gorgeous!

Nice sedate(after Labor Day)out of the way park. Majority of the sites are pull through (jug handles), but kinda close together. No sewage hookups bit plenty of electrical and water sites. Big dog park and a nice beach area. There's a tenting area with no generators allowed. Right across the highway from a nice area museum. Lake is good for fishing and small boats. Bike rental is nice at $5 a day or $20 for the week using Kolani app and bluetooth. Cell on Verizon was steady 3 bars (able to email, stream and video conference) We came in mid September so very low occupancy and relaxing.

The is one of the most beautiful and clean parks I've ever been to and I've been to hundreds. They are currently doing some construction to create pull through camper sites so just ignore the machinery, it won't be there for long. The bathrooms are clean, there are some historical locations and sites worth seeing and the lake has easy access.

Beautiful family-friendly park. Comfort station was well-maintained and very clean. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice beach, playgrounds, picnic areas, hook-up stations & wooded trails to explore. It also had bike, kayak, canoe, & paddleboard rentals. We will definitely go back!

Very well kept. Clean showers and restrooms. Great hiking trails and awesome sandy beach and also don't forget to check out the heritage center for a look into the past. Me and my family loved it here. Already scheduled for two more camping trips.
