had my Vehicle repaired there took 2 days to do rear breaks. Gave no description of repairs that where done. Very rude and disrespectful staff and shop management. One time i called and asked if my vehicle was done i was told they would call when it was done and hung up on me. The Brake job was not done correctly and took no a mechanic to check their work since it was not breaking correctly. he was able to repair the mistakes in 30 min. this shop is very unprofessional and disrespectful to any one that has work done there. if i could give negative stars i would.

I have been out of work because of the virus so I missed my payment, I called them yesterday to inform them I'd be surrendering my vehicle today to avoid the repo fee and so they came later on last night to repo it just so they could charge me the repo fee

Very poor service beat you out your money poor maintenance customer service drama queen rude unprofessional first suppose to repair got car back ignition light on car steers all by self need them to be honest not very good reputation had nerve to threaten to call police on good customer because of poor repair the owner needs to seek better employees to run business or it should be shut down with the bs their employees in cb east omaha is totally rips you off i will be reporting everything to BBB this is so not tolerated when they get there money and them some tries to charge extra for nothing they change your contract without knowledge just dont deal with them unless you want garbage and deal with a major lost
