TS Bank

I just recently worked with Miranda Pottebaum out of the Atlantic branch on a mortgage loan and she made the process smooth and easy! She was always professional and prompt in getting things processed. I recommend going through them for any of your mortgage or personal loan needs.

The employees I have talked with have always been friendly,courteous and helpful always.I love this bank and want to give a shout out to Leah,Ashley and Brad.

It's a good bank and everyone is willing to help and are polite. I have been with them for many years.

I went to the one in hyvee and the only girl that was working went and hid from me in the back part of the bank and shut the door as soon as i walked up to the counter, and didn't say a single word to me. I had a question about my online banking so i stood there and waited for the girl to come back out to talk to me. About 5 minutes later she came out, grabbed her water bottle and walked away, and still didn't say a single word to me, not even hi. Worst customer service I've ever had at any bank.

Very good community bank. Incredibly friendly and help staff!!
