I went to get some things out of storage and pay my son's monthly bill. I guess due to covid-19 they would not let me into the office even though I had a mask on, and I had to speak to the manager through the door which was difficult. Then he had me slide a credit card through the mail slot and that's the way I paid the bill. He did give me back my card and a receipt. It just felt weird to me to do business this way, and not see the person's face with whom I'm dealing. Also, I had difficulty finding the correct storage due to them poorly marked, or not marked at all.

Poor/no security. Use a heavy duty padlock or kiss your stuff goodbye. Management is friendly but no help in the event of break-ins

Do Not Rent From These Crooks !!nThey need federally investigated.nThey Auctioned off my unit with no notifications During a pandemic ,(lowlifes)nWhen the law says you can't break a lease agreement at this time ,And says no gatherings so how can you even have a Auction. There was no notification in paper.nThis company just stole over a hundred thousand dollars from me .They would not give name of auction company Probally don't exist.This is a inside job they clearly stole are things and if anybody can help me I sure could use it are family is devastated over this
