In the 3 years of living here, this location has YET to get a single order correct - dine in and order out. Missing food that I paid for, missing ingredients additionally paid for, missing drinks, never cutting sandwiches, or just flat sending you the wrong sandwich. I’ve called, and management seems to correct the issue for a few weeks until it’s back to paying for a sandwich that is missing half the toppings, not cut in half, missing chips, and the wrong drink or no drink altogether. Order from Pickleman’s. This location sucks.

Service and food is consistent. It's open during lunch. My favorite is the Italian night club.

Deserves 0 stars!!! What happened to freaky fast delivery??? I live on 27th and Harney, maybe 5 minutes from this location. We ordered at 1136am today on June 15th. It’s now 1223pm and there is no way it takes this long to make two sandwiches and drive 15 blocks. My lunch break is over and my girlfriend is late to work today, because apparently “freaky fast” is only sometimes?? Last time I’ll order from this location, without a doubt!! Blatant disregard for their jobs, and could care less about the amount of time customers wait.

Was very pleasantly surprised with my outstanding service. I ordered lunch for a group of 4. The order was delivered with a few items missing. I called up the store and within less than 10 minutes, I had the missing items an extra cookie and a credit on my account for the inconvenience!! The General Manager, Christine, made my day, she was accommodating, a pleasure to work with and truly knows how to keep business and take care of reoccurring customers! Thank you Jimmy Johns for hiring and training amazing managers!! I recommend the downtown location.
