5 star exprience with the staff, however the attorney Joe they have is the most disrespectful person I have ever met, I was trying to explain something every time I would try to talk he would almost yell to talk over me, was not professional what so ever, he talked down to me I felt completely humiliated by how he was talking to me. I wish I had a tape recorder when I went in there he would be fired as of right now

They don't take every problem, or person because there are case criteria and income limits, so they can't always help. They do care, though, and when they can help, they'll represent you for free.nnThey don't take any criminal cases, because you can get a court appointed lawyer for those.
