YMCA of Greater Omaha

I just moved from Fremont, NE where I’ve had an amazing experience with the YMCA. I’m currently a nationwide member and I’ve been a member for years.. I’ll be looking elsewhere now though. The lady who provided me with a sad excuse for customer service was named Monica.

I go here most of the time when I wanna work out, great place, great vibe with staff and other people, nice pool, nice workout rooms and equipment and nice basketball court

This place is nice and clean. Staff are always friendly. The only issue is that treadmills are very old and most don't even work anymore.

If you can get past the very rude and terse front counter staff, the YMCA gym is well maintained but the day staff make for a very sour experience. They are not friendly and always act as if I am an inconvenience for them. Will not be renewing my membership in July, because I don't want to deal with that attitude every time I visit. It's a shame.

They should refund membership dues that is not right to take money from low income people. I do not have a membership here but right is right and wrong is wrong. Do the right thing
