I was here for a week and had a great experience! Coaches were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Throughout each workout they were encouraging and giving useful cues. Their space was awesome with plenty of room on and off the rig, a turfed area, and all of the CrossFit equipment you could need.
When I'm ready to get my workout on this is where I go.... My favorite places to go...doing the week...Thank you guys!!
Staying at the Hilton and searched for CrossFit locations nearby. Found this gem/gym, and dropped in - a quick 5 min walk from the hotel. They were very welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The space is compact, but very well utilized - and there's a good selection of equipment. There are also a good number of classes to choose from each day; I think pretty much anyone could find a time that works for them. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town!
I found DTO CrossFit on google as I was searching for a place to workout. I decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it! The coaches are amazing and I love the family atmosphere at DTO CrossFit! I came in with zero experience and the coaches spent lots of time helping me with mobility and technique. I HIGHLY recommend DTO CrossFit!
Dropped in at DTO while visiting family in Omaha. Had a great time with some fantastic people. Coach was supportive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Felt very welcomed. Definitely worth checking out!
