I love Bucky's in general from their individual coffee to the not too terrifying car wash. This experience was not typical. They were out of lids for several soda/pop sizes, and well aware. When my husband inquired as to if they could be refilled. They said no. That's fine but wouldn't you want to put up a notice? Now each customer comes in and wastes cups. Due to the fact that it takes all 3 of you to handle check out, and ignore the peripheral necessary items. I also felt like we were interrupting them.
Great customer service and I appreciate the employees helping to make sure customers are in and out quickly to help with social distancing
I feel if I didn’t have the corona I do now, please clean the soda fountain station. The plastic holding lids in is disgustingly filthy.
We loved this Bucky's location. Good spot for food and gas. Everyone is friendly.
The staff you have employed there late night are awesome.. one girl in particular.. I wish I had gotten her name.. thank you .. I hope they recognize what an asset You are !!
