Brent got me right in! They are competitively priced and go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. Communication was excellent and Brent explained exactly what was going to be done and why as well as educating me on preventative care of my vehicle. I have used a few other shops in town and this was by far my best experience. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Brent and his crew did an amazing job. One of the things I appreciated most was the honesty. I went in thinking I needed a whole new transmission. Luckily that wasn't the case. They gave estimates on anything that could have been the issue. Brent kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend Brent and his crew. They most definitely earned my trust.

While on a road trip the transmission on my 2014 Silverado started having issues, so I called around and was referred to Certified Transmission and I'm so glad I was. Brent and his team did an amazing job taking care of the transmission on the truck. A couple things I really liked: the inspection cost went toward the repair, and because we were on a time crunch they were able to get it done in a day (which is above and beyond). They were friendly and professional and even offered to take a look at the transmission when we road trip back through Omaha, no extra cost. I would highly recommend Certified Transmission.

Rattling noise turned out to be a minor fix. Drop the drive shaft and it was an easy fix. Hundreds turned into $70. Well spent. Thanks!
