I called this company and they immediately were very friendly and willing to work with me. They offered me a great rate for a tow, upon arrival I was able to get my truck running so I called and talked to Chris. I told him if he was close to me to stop and I would give him money for his time, and he refused and told me to have a great day. I truly appreciate the rapid response to get to me and for not taking me for what I had. I wish this place the best and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much jakes towing.

Brittni was wonderful on the phone, very nice and polite. She called me when Dillon was on his way. I called with a question and the guy was very very rude. I had one question and he was rude i will never used these guyes again i bought a truck last night and the rear breaks was lock up and they draged it on the truck same way when he got to my house i hope the rear end his not broke

I called them and they told me it would be an hour. They were professional and on time just like they told me. They called when they got the truck, so I could let Jody's Collision know my truck was on its way. They were reasonably in price, professional and true to their word on their time of pickup. But what I liked most about this towering company was how they appeared to like their job. They were happy to help you and it came across as just that. I will definitely use Jake's Towing again and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great towing company.
