I feel that Edwards has gone over and above my expectations. The warranty work on my truck was performed in a timely manner. Upon pick-up, my service advisor and I discovered a noticeable crack in the windshield that wasn't there when I dropped the vehicle off.nBoth service advisor and service manager handled the situation in a way that won over my future business. Within minutes, they looked at photos from my vehicle when I dropped it off and determined it occurred during the test drive. A new windshield was ordered and a service app. was set at no charge to me. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy show by Omar, my service advisor.

UPDATE: I returned to Edwards this time for a business vehicle and contacted Francis Rodriguez to get this accomplished. I gave him my list of requirements and he called me and told me he had the vehicle. I walked out with a 2020 Chevy silverado better than the vehicles I had researched prior. Francis has help over 10 of my family members alone from my recommendation. With out a doubt hands down knowledgeable with it seem like every single vehicle they have on the lot. If there is a question he can answer it. I Strongly recommend this dealer ship not just for the vehicles but for an easy way to buy vehicles. Francis will always tell you upfront what can happen. He is never behind the bush with anything. It just cant get any easier. I recommend and send all my family members and friends to see Francis Rodriguez. When I first met Francis I brought my sister to Edwards Chevrolet so that she can get a car within a reasonable amount and build her credit at the same time. Francis listened to what we was inquiring and than acted accordingly. When I was ready to come in and trade my car I was able to get Francis again and I expressed my concern about the situation i was in and Francis and his finance team help me into a way better car with better value and has everything i express I wanted and I am for ever grateful! I have tried Baxter's and H&H dealerships and with both those dealerships they was just concerned about getting the sale and with both I have walked out of their doors with tremendous amount of debt and negative equity. So if your looking for a great dealership I will always recommend Edwards first so that you don't have to waste your time finding the right one.

Last week, I purchased a 2015 Ford Edge from Edwards Chevrolet, Buick, GMC. I haven't owned a vehicle this nice for probably 30 years. I would not have been able to own this car without the help of a very dear friend and salesman at Edwards, Randy Kahl. I contacted him on Tuesday evening via Facebook messenger and first thing the next morning he responded telling me to call him. I drove my beautiful car off the lot the next day.nnRandy went out of his way to make sure everything was handled efficiently and conveniently, working around my work schedule.
