This family owned and operated business makes their customers feel like part of the family. Besides having a great selection of motorcycles and accessories, which is what originally brought me into the store, the fabulous staff keeps me coming back. Karl always stops what he is doing to make me feel welcome and then takes the time to show me new bike inventory. He answers all my questions and makes great recommendations. The entire atmosphere in the dealership is customer focused, and I appreciated the personal attentions that Karl gives me especially knowing it will be awhile before I buy another bike. This store is awesome every time I visit the store I'm greeted by Karl Vierck and he is so helpful and so entertaining. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help with my needs. I was in the market for a new ATV. I had purchased at Edwards before and worked with Jake Dimmitt. He bent over backwards to assist me and got me a fantastic side by side. I went back this year and wanted a 4 wheeler that would fit in the back of my pick up with the tail gate closed. Jake helped me find exactly what I needed. There was a lot of loading and unloading involved. Jake never complained and was able to get us fixed up with a beautiful new Yamaha Kodiak. It fits and is exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you Jake for being so pleasant and helpful.
Karl is definitely the guy to work with. He was very courteous and listened to me when I told him what we were looking for. In addition, he made the experience fun with his great sense of humor. We will definitely be back, to work with Karl.
Love this place!!!! Been here twice in 6 months. Bought a new 4 wheeler back in April, and a jetski last week. Trent Hartman you rock!!! This young man went above and beyond to make everything work out. He treated us like family. Karl Vierck was awesome as well. Got everything done quick with the bank and had a real good additude about everything!!! I cant say enough about my experience there. Its nerve racking anytime i go get anything new, because of my past experiences. They even called a few days later to see how the experience was on my jetski over the weekend. Its the little things that count. Guys, thank you so much for all u have done. I wish there were more stars, because i would give you a 10 star rating!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!
