Rare gem in not just downtown but all of Omaha! The food, people, and values are all exceptional. Not only is there contactless ordering and pickup available, but also, dine-in and WiFi. The menu is creative and flexible; I ordered the tomato soup, eloté, and earl gray iced tea. The tomato soup wasn’t a tomato bisque as I expected, but even lighter and refreshing. Not sure if by design, but the noodles were an easy-to-eat shape and length. Their homemade bread is good, though it’s grilled so beware of crunchy crust if that’s not your thing! The elote was also well charred with two sauces; the red a bit too spicy for me and the white one was a creamy kick I enjoyed. The tea was so good! All locally sourced and some home grown, you can taste the simplicity of the ingredients cooked decadently. Service, again, was lovely! Very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this comfortable cafe and would eagerly return.

So Frigggen Delish! Fresh creative dishes that leave you feeling good after eating. Wish there was a breakfast spot like this in my town. The zucchini/pesto scramble was perfect. The biscuit soooo fluffy and buttery. Go here and revel in it all.nnHowever, while the food is top notch the coffee tastes like it came from an old church basement percolator. So come here for the best food and ambiance, but if you want great coffee look elsewhere.

Wow. Honestly and truly one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. Popped in for a quick bite before heading out of town, and was greeted with phenomenal, home style atmosphere AND service. Everyone was down to earth, friendly, and extremely proficient efficient about service, and the restaurant itself is so warm, welcoming, and fun. We got the Summer scrambler and Brioche French Toast. The summer scrambler was ud83dude4c - vegetables (zucchini, squash, eggplant, and onion) were perfectly prepared with a delicious pesto, and coupled with piping hot eggs and one of the most - if not *the* most - delicious biscuits I’ve ever had. I’m rarely in Omaha, but recommend for anyone in town or passing through that to miss this little downtown gem would be a sad thing. Will definitely be back if the opportunity arises.

Seriously delicious food. Everything is fresh and hand crafted. Staff are very friendly and portions are perfect for the price. Try it, you won’t regret it. Recommend fried chicken with grits
