Went to this location twice and they messed my order up both times. The second time I even explained how they messed it up the first time. And they did the exact same thing again. I called to talk to a manager so I didn’t hold up the drive thru line, and she was extremely rude. She did not even offer to have it remade the correct way next time. When I explained other locations make it with no trouble, she got even more rude. I called a different location to get their opinion and they offered me a free one! And I went and got it! So thank you to the Starbucks inside hyvee on Madison ave CB iowa! You are wonderful for fixing a different locations mistake. I will never go back to Denmark drive starbucks. And will always go into hyvee Madison ave.nnPs. If I could put zero stars I would. If you want your customers to continue coming back to your location you need to offer to fix your mistakes one way or another. And they did not do this.

Until Starbucks opens up inside, I’ll try Paneras where they have open inside dining with socially distanced tables.

Make sure you always double check your drink when you go to this location. They inevitably make a mistake by either adding sweetener when I specifically as for NO sweetener. Today I got almond flavoring in my BLACK coffee!

They got our order completely correct. But three of the five people working there had their nose outside of their mask. It did not feel safe.

I was able to avoid the terrible drive thru line by walking inside. The inside wait was minimal and there were only a few people waiting. Overall, a good experience.
