Awful service. Got 3 out of 3 names wrong. I told that my name is Eugene, got a cup with Regine on it. I honestly think that Starbucks baristas have a training course in creatively misspelling names, and this shop got the aces.nnApart from that, they gave my wife americano which tasted like a drop of espresso in a cup of water and had a color of green tea. They have mold on the sandwich on display. When pointed out about that mold, the staff did nothing.
There was a moldy sandwich on display ud83eudd22 Americano was very bad and Cappuccino bare had taste of coffee. I asked to replace my Americano, fortunately, they did replace it and the new one was stronger. This is the first one I am so dissatisfied with Starbucks and hopefully the last one. I came there to celebrate my first run race and here is what I got ud83dude3f

Great Starbucks. Very Friendly Staff. Clean Bathrooms and very cool little Coffee Nook with Comfortable Chairs for if you want or need a more Private Coffee Sipping Experience
I didn’t like my drink and i asked them to make another one. She said it will taste the same if she makes the same drink. So i asked them to make a different one. She said i would have to pay for it. So if you mess my drink then i would have to pay for that? I asked refund and she can’t do refund. What the hell? That was bs that she said starbucks doesn’t have the system. she finally gave me a different drink and then almost threw that one at me. How rude. I never had anything like this experience before. I will find out if they really don’t have the refund system or they lied to me.
