I know that since we are in the middle of a pandemic they do have to close whenever there is a possibility that any of their staff has come into contact with anyone that tests positive for COVID-19, but whenever they are open the drinks I’ve ordered taste amazing and the staff is always friendly.nHonestly, I appreciate that they close instead of risking my health. Yes, it is an inconvenience that they close, but at least they keep my safety and the safety of their staff at the top of their priority list.

They have pretty good drinks, but they close out of no where all the time! It is so frustrating for me because I plan ahead to get coffee from them a certain time before work and if they're closed I'm out of luck. Why are you closed so much???

The product was good. The staff was friendly. The person who designed the parking lot should be fired by and never hired again. People in the drive thru were blocked by people getting into the drive thru lane. Needs to be redesigned.

Ordered a Venti chai tea latte for my wife this morning. Tasted awful, almost like warm nasty water with a lil bit of chai. She wasn't with me when I ordered it so we didn't realize this until we were 20+mins away.
