Today is the second time I went to this location to purchase a gift card. My first time was back in August of this year. The lady was on her break I guess so I didn't receive any help. Today was my second time to go to this location to purchase a gift card. This time two ladies were sitting at a table chatting it up. Neither one of them got up nor offered to help me at all. They just sat there, kept talking amongst themselves and completely ignored me. I feel as if both ladies that were working today both deserve at least a write up if nothing else. I work just a few blocks away from you guys and I am almost certain if my co workers and I ignored or treated a customer that way we would be written up if not fired. Sorry but that is just really lousy customer service in my opinion. Right now as it stands I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I could I would give this location zero stars as well.

Yummy coffee but not very friendly staff. It's still my go to but may switch to starbucks!
Very friendly workers. Great veiw. I ordered a chocolate sparkling soda. It was tasty,different, but not worth the price.
